黑群如何安装redmine

最近因xen服务器出现故障，特组了一台黑群
配置：g1820 + h87i-plus + 4G内存 + 6*3T硬盘（黑群软raid1）

发觉NAS服务器使用中，有点浪费，并且黑群拥有SVN，感觉不错，故很想把平时的项目转移到里面来，但是我安装redmine的时候，却死活安装不上。
在编译ruby的时候，出现错误：

请问，这个如何解决啊。
或者有哪位高人能发布一下在黑群上面安装redmine+svn的详细配置啊。

1、cd /volume1/@tmp
2、wget http://ipkg.nslu2-linux.org/feed ... trap_1.2-7_i686.xsh
3、chmod +x syno-i686-bootstrap_1.2-7_i686.xsh
4、sh syno-i686-bootstrap_1.2-7_i686.xsh
5、vi /root/.profile

原来的：
PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/syno/sbin:/usr/syno/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin

增加修改为：
PATH=/opt/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/syno/sbin:/usr/syno/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin

7、ipkg install make
8、ipkg install libstdc++


mkdir /opt/i686-linux-gnu/lib_disabled
mv /opt/i686-linux-gnue/lib/libpthread* /opt/i686-linux-gnu/lib_disabled
cp /lib/libpthread.so.0 /opt/i686-linux-gnu/lib/
cd /opt/i686-linux-gnu/lib/
ln -s libpthread.so.0 libpthread.so
ln -s libpthread.so.0 libpthread-2.5.so
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so


9、cd /volume1/@tmp
10、wget -c http://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/ruby-2.1.2.tar.gz
11、tar zxvf ruby-2.1.2.tar.gz
12、cd ruby-2.1.2/
13、./configure --prefix=/opt --disable-install-doc --with-opt-dir=/opt/lib

因为U是G1820，但是我没有找到相应的ipkg，不知道是不是这个原因。

后面发现ipkg里面有一个ruby，还有gem，但是不知道要怎么安装，我习惯使用编译，希望有高手进行回复，谢谢。
